REDEEMING GIFT VOUCHERS

We have recently moved to new digital e-vouchers which can be redeemed via online booking. If you cannot redeem your existing gift card online or you have an e-voucher purchased prior to April 2026, please give us a call on (03) 5261 6865 to book your treatment with a gift voucher.

Terms and conditions:

Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years. Please note, the physical card does not expire however the value on the card is valid at Lux Spa & Wellness for 3 years. Gift vouchers are not redeemable on Public Holidays and attract a 15% surcharge on Sundays.
